Just a reminder:
Take this Thursday as a studio day. Use the three hours blocked aside for the class to work on something for your MAPR/BFA show. Starting next week, I'll be asking you to start bringing in some of that material to class, so you can get some quick feedback.
PLEASE ATTEND the artist reception that Thursday evening (5-7ish). I want you to write one or two paragraphs about the artists' talk – how well (or poorly) you think they presented their work. Print it out and bring it to class on Tuesday. Bonus points if you ask them good questions.
By Tuesday, please complete three things:
1. Make a post on this blog, listing the three artists you've picked out to approach for an interview.
2. Include a draft of at least five questions you plan to ask your first choice of an interviewee (we'll workshop the questions in class).
3. Do the ECSTASY OF INFLUENCE reading, and answer the reading questions (see the post below for more details).
